Orange County, San Fernando Valley, South Bay & Gateway Cities | Field-Based

Rep-Lite is partnering with an established surgical medical device manufacturer to identify a high-performing Medical Device Sales Representative to drive growth across Orange County, the San Fernando Valley, South Bay, and the Gateway Cities.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced surgical sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building strong surgeon relationships, and managing their territory with the autonomy of an entrepreneur.
You'll represent an innovative portfolio of capital equipment and disposable surgical technologies trusted by surgeons for nearly 40 years while joining a growing organization where top performers are recognized, supported, and rewarded.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $100,000-$105,000
  • On-Target Earnings: Up to $225,000
  • Monthly uncapped commission

What You'll Do
As the Medical Device Sales Representative, you'll own your business from prospecting through long-term account management.
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop new business throughout the assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with surgeons, operating room personnel, administrators, and supply chain leaders.
  • Sell both capital equipment and disposable surgical products.
  • Conduct clinical product demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Support product trials and provide in-service education.
  • Develop physician champions within key accounts.
  • Navigate Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and capital purchasing processes.
  • Execute strategic territory growth plans.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM documentation.
  • Represent the company at conferences, educational programs, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience within surgical or operating room environments.
  • Proven success selling into hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
  • Experience calling directly on surgeons.
  • Experience selling capital equipment, disposable medical devices, or both.
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
