Patient Support Specialist -Medical Device (Largo, FL)
$21/hr • Monday-Friday • Hybrid After 90 Days
Help patients confidently use our medical device at home-without bedside lifting or shift work. Use your healthcare experience to guide patients through application, troubleshooting, and daily questions via phone.
What You'll Do
  • Support patients by phone
  • Walk them through device application + troubleshooting
  • Provide clear, calm education to patients & caregivers
  • Document all interactions in our support system
