Help patients confidently use our medical device at home-without bedside lifting or shift work. Use your healthcare experience to guide patients through application, troubleshooting, and daily questions via phone.
What You'll Do - Support patients by phone
- Walk them through device application + troubleshooting
- Provide clear, calm education to patients & caregivers
- Document all interactions in our support system
Great Backgrounds - CNA (especially LTC)
