Customer Success Specialist

Mission Viejo, CA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $25-$27/Hour

A rapidly growing healthcare company in Mission Viejo is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support customer relationships, account management, order processing, and sales operations.

Prior experience in Medical Aesthetics, Regenerative Biologics, Biologics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, MedTech, or Healthcare Technology is required.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer success, customer support, account coordination, sales support, order management, client services, or customer operations within a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders from the company's eCommerce platform into QuickBooks Desktop
  • Manage order entry, order accuracy, and sales order processing activities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, healthcare providers, distributors, and sales representatives
  • Respond to inquiries regarding orders, products, shipping status, and account information
  • Support customer onboarding, account maintenance, and customer success initiatives
  • Maintain customer records and operational data within CRM and business systems
  • Generate, update, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Support sales operations, customer service, and account support activities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Customer Support, Account Coordination, Sales Support, Order Management, Client Services, or Customer Operations
  • Experience supporting customers within the Medical Device, Medical Aesthetics, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Sciences, MedTech, Healthcare Technology, or Biologics industries
  • Experience supporting healthcare providers, medical practices, clinics, distributors, or customers purchasing technical or regulated products
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
