As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced technicians and installers, gaining valuable field experience while providing exceptional customer service and learning industry best practices.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
  • Assist HVAC technicians and installers with residential service and installation projects
  • Load, unload, verify, and transport equipment, materials, and tools needed for daily assignments
  • Support the installation and replacement of residential HVAC systems, including:
    • Air conditioners
    • Furnaces
    • Ductwork
    • Thermostats
    • Ductless mini-split systems
    • Air filtration systems
    • Zoning systems and dampers
    • Low- and high-voltage wiring
  • Utilize hand tools, ladders, gauges, recovery machines, and other HVAC equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory levels
  • Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national codes
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance technical knowledge and certifications
