To thrive as a Medical Call Center Agent, you need strong communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, call center software, and sometimes HIPAA certification are important for handling sensitive information.
