Job description

GO Media is looking for a Paid Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of agency clients. You'll manage day-to-day performance across search and social platforms — primarily Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with room to grow into other channels. In the first few months, you'll focus on getting deeply familiar with our existing client accounts and ensuring campaigns stay on target; from there, you'll take on more ownership of strategy and optimization as you settle into the role. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and works closely with account management and creative teams.

What You'll Do
  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with opportunity to expand into LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms over time.
  • Support full-funnel paid media strategy for each client, working alongside the Marketing Manager on goals spanning awareness, lead generation, and revenue.
  • Manage campaign performance across multiple client accounts — pacing budgets, adjusting bids, and reallocating spend to hit each client's goals.
  • Structure campaigns using modern best practices, including automated/algorithm-friendly campaign types (e.g., Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+).
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to inform targeting.
  • Build and run structured testing roadmaps spanning creative, audience, and landing page tests to identify high-performing messaging and formats.
  • Use Google Analytics (GA4) as a primary tool to independently analyze performance data, diagnose underperformance, and identify opportunities against KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).
  • Build performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager and account teams.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager on forecasting and budget planning for existing client accounts.
  • Stay current on platform updates and share relevant tactics or opportunities with the team.

Who we are

At GO Media, we specialize in driving growth for leading practices in orthodontics, aesthetics, and wellness. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, creative excellence, and client success.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience running paid search campaigns in Google Ads — this is non-negotiable. You should be comfortable building campaigns, managing bids, and identifying performance issues with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) — comfortable building reports and segments and pulling your own insights independently, without support.
  • Experience designing and running structured A/B or multivariate tests across creative, audience, or landing pages.
  • Experience managing more than one client, brand, or budget at a time.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Agency experience.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube advertising.
  • Exposure to forecasting or budget-planning processes.
  • Exposure to attribution modeling, landing page optimization, or CRO.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
