Job description

Job Title: Storeroom Associate Location: Arkadelphia, AR, United States Type: Contract Compensation: $21.47 per hour Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities:

  • Support end of line process and inventory activities in the storeroom at Arkadelphia facility.
  • Enter new part data into Maximo system and stock initial inventory for new project parts.
  • Manage storeroom inventory, restock parts during outage, and apply labels to inventory items.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and log inventory data accurately.
  • Support SAP integration projects and prepare Skyline tools for operations.
  • Operate forklift capable of movement within storeroom as needed.
  • Assist with physical inventory tasks including sitting, standing, walking, and handling objects and tools.
  • Use visual and manual coordination to operate office machinery and perform data entry with close attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and via computer-based devices.
  • Read and concentrate during data entry, typing, and proofreading tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in storeroom or inventory management.
  • Ability to drive forklift and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, and handling tools and inventory items.
  • Proficiency in data entry, inventory systems (e.g., Maximo), and familiarity with SAP integration is preferred.
  • Computer literate with the ability to handle routine cycle counts and inventory logging.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including manual handling and operating business machines.
