The role owns the integrity of the Maximo asset and PM database, leads sitewide configuration and reporting, and coordinates fixed-asset lifecycle activities (AD/RFR/ARS) to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations across all buildings at the complex.

Key Responsibilities1. Maximo Administration & Site Maintenance Leadership
  • Serve as Local Business Administrator & Site Maintenance Lead for Spring Hill Manufacturing, with baseline proficiency in Maximo/MAS, Maxis, METL, DCC and related maintenance systems.

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Spring Hill Assembly Maximo database, including configuration, data quality, and MXLoader-based bulk updates in support of maintenance and launch activities.

  • Monitor monthly PM completion and support departments using Maximo Start Centers and escalations so safety, PDM, and other critical PMs are completed on time.

  • Act as site SME and daily resource for Maximo-related problem solving (safety, quality, CI, cost), including troubleshooting work orders, PMs, and asset records.

  • Coach departments on the effective use of tablets, Maxis, Maximo, METL, DLA, Predictive, DCC and related hardware/software to drive efficient maintenance execution and data capture.

2. Fixed Asset Management & Compliance

  • Perform and document AD approvals and AD Log updates for plant assets using Spring Hill Assets SharePoint, ARS, and related corporate tools.

  • Complete monthly ARS extracts and quarterly white papers that reconcile Maximo assets, ARS records, and corporate fixed asset reporting for the site.

  • Compare and improve Maximo brass tag data against the Corporate Master Asset List (room/zone/station/post) to maintain audit-ready asset records and support future API audits.

3. Preventive Maintenance, Reliability & KPI Reporting
  • Prepare and distribute monthly PM/EM/CM end-of-month summaries, backlog reports, and KPI rollups (e.g., RBA/LBA data, safety PM completion) across the site using GBS and Maximo data extracts.

  • Maintain and improve PM Scrubbing Optimization trackers and charts, including department-level xlookup files and MXLoader updates to optimize PM content and frequency.

  • Perform routine spot checks of PM/CM/EM and project backlog to confirm escalations and reports are working as intended prior to GBS distributions.

  • Support safety element owners by maintaining strong linkage between SHE 4.6 inspection/PM inventories and Maximo work orders so that safety PM completion is visible and controlled in the system.

4. Governance, Training & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Maintain and review standardized work (STS) and baseline knowledge for the Site Maintenance Lead - Maximo LBA role, updating annually or as needed.

  • Facilitate or participate in site governance forums including JSTSM meetings, SOT safety observation tours in maintenance, CAP reviews, and ME huddles, bringing Maximo and asset data as needed.

  • Prepare and present LBA / Maximo data in Maintenance Managers', Maintenance Planners', and other cross-functional meetings, highlighting PM compliance, backlog, safety PM status, and optimization opportunities.

  • Participate in Maximo LBA SHA workshops and GM RBA/LBA meetings, ensuring Spring Hill is aligned with global standards, security practices, and best-in-class Maximo usage.

5. Data Tools, SharePoint & Support Systems
  • Administer and support Spring Hill Asset and Maintenance SharePoint sites, including asset lists, PM optimization files, and maintenance charts used by the site.
