Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Maternal Child Health (MCH) team, the Territory Manager is a field‑based, quota‑bearing commercial role responsible for executing day‑to‑day territory activities and driving account‑level growth across Laborie’s MCH portfolio. The Territory Manager plays a critical role in expanding adoption of Laborie’s solutions by combining clinical acumen, disciplined sales execution, and strong customer relationships within hospital‑based care settings

About the Role:

  • Execute a defined territory plan to achieve or exceed quota objectives, drive new account acquisition, expand utilization within existing customers, and grow penetration across the MCH portfolio.
  • Lead consultative clinical discussions and deliver effective product education and training to support evaluations, conversions, and sustained adoption in L&D, OB/GYN, and NICU environments.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinicians, nursing leaders, physicians, and key hospital stakeholders while identifying and developing clinical champions.
  • Work effectively within hospital value analysis, procurement, and reimbursement frameworks, and support contract pull‑through in IDN‑ or GPO‑aligned systems in partnership with broader account teams.
  • Decisively execute territory strategy by leveraging strong data analysis and forecasting, disciplined CRM practices, and thoughtful prioritization to drive predictable and scalable results. Operate with confidence and integrity in a regulated environment, collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional partners, and build a reputation as a trusted, high‑performing leader who expands impact through consistency and smart execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in women’s health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal medical devices, with exposure to new product launches, high‑growth environments, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of time based on geography.
  • Experience working with IDN or GPO aligned systems.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
