You will provide plant-wide support and become a subject matter expert in optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution. As the internal Process Engineer, you will oversee new projects, including bottle and label changes, new product lines, and production line improvements, while bridging the gap between account managers, production teams, and external customers. You will also be responsible for mapping material flows, conducting production data analysis, and recommending efficiency improvements.
What you will do

  • Manage new projects coming to the site, such as bottle changes, label updates, and new product lines. Coordinate between on site Account Managers and key departments—batching, inventory, production, quality, and warehouse—to ensure smooth project execution. Map material flows, identify touch points, and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency. Collaborate with Account Managers to communicate with external customers on project needs, including line trials, while collecting and analyzing production data to document and design more efficient production processes.
