  • Set up, adjust, and sustain delivery routes based on consumption, takt-time, rebalances, and model changes; maintain accurate route maps.
  • Verify engineering change data and manage buildout and multi-use parts to ensure system and shop-floor accuracy at SOP.
  • Create and maintain model-change datasets and confirm system readiness, coordinating with production control and affected shops.
  • Determine startup logistics parameters (routes, box sizes, SNPs, swap lists) and support change communication through labels, signage, and training aids.
  • Design, improve, and sustain warehouse layouts and lineside material presentation while enforcing labeling and signage standards.
  • Conduct regular lineside audits to validate scanning, data accuracy, and system alignment, driving timely issue resolution.
  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot scanning processes, barcode/QR labels, and delivery system automation across all material flows.
  • Develop training materials and one-point lessons; train associates and end users on delivery, scanning, and system processes.
  • Lead and support process improvement activities, line balance efforts, time study analysis, and process trials to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
