Job description

Job Title:         Material Coordinator (Planning and Control)

Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location:         Dubuque, IA 52001
Duration:         01 Year 05 Months
Shift:                Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 40–50 hrs/week including OT/weekends

Description:

• Coordinate material flow across multiple factory departments
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
• Ensure production teams receive parts on time
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve shortages
• Create and distribute daily production schedules
• Process inbound and outbound material transactions
• Audit replenishment cycles and inventory accuracy
• Expedite parts to avoid production interruptions
• Support engineering release and change management activities
• May guide material handlers and stock chasers

Required Skills:

• Supply Management or Manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to analyze information and make business decisions
• Team collaboration skills
• Experience with inventory and material flow processes

Preferred Skills:

• SAP experience
