Job description

CIDAN Machinery is a leading international manufacturer of industrial machinery, and we are seeking a Master Scheduler. This position is based at our U.S. corporate headquarters in Peachtree City, GA. We are experiencing a period of rapid growth in the United States and are a dynamic organization committed to expanding market share while maintaining a strong, customer-focused culture.

The Master Scheduler has responsibility for scheduling Technicians for Installations, Service visits, PM visits. Through support and direction, the Master Scheduler will focus on accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting results. 

Master Scheduler Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate and uphold the company’s core values by consistently acting with professionalism, passion, adaptability, sustainability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Develop and manage the master service schedule to ensure installations, service calls, and preventative maintenance visits are planned in the most geographically efficient manner. Optimize technician utilization by grouping jobs strategically based on home location and job timing.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally both over the phone and through email with customers and internal Aftermarket team members (field service supervisors, technicians, project management, and sales team). Effectively communicate to customer and deescalate customer concerns as needed. 
  • Maintain a forward-looking service schedule with a minimum three-week visibility. Continuously evaluate Weeks 4 and 5 to consolidate jobs, improve geographic efficiency, and adjust technician workload as needed.
  • Ensure all sales orders are properly supported by corresponding service orders. Verify that pre-install processes includes installation tickets and that warranty, paid service, and preventative maintenance work have corresponding service orders and tickets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure pre-installation checklists are completed prior to dispatching technicians and done in a timely manner to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate and confirm installation and service visits, ensuring alignment between customers, technicians, and supervisors.
  • Monitor open installations and service issues, tracking and rescheduling work promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Qualifications: 

  • Strong experience in scheduling and field service operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to manage scheduling complexities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear coordination with customers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all scheduling and reporting activities.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication is a plus.

  • Proven experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and scheduling software.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in tracking schedules, timesheets, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, service technicians, and internal teams.
