Lead the Culinary Experience at One of Long Island's Largest Full-Service Hotels
The Marriott Long Island is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for our 619-room full-service hotel.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for restaurant operations, banquet production, catering events, team development, food quality, menu execution, and overall culinary excellence.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Culinary Leadership
  • Lead all kitchen operations across restaurant, lounge, catering, and banquet functions
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire culinary team members
  • Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
Banquet & Event Execution
  • Oversee high-volume banquet and catering production
  • Execute weddings, corporate events, social functions, and large-scale meetings
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all events
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
  • Drive food cost and labor performance
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
