Marketplace Operations Specialist
Our bustling Distribution Center is looking for our next Inventory Associate! We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist with a strong focus on Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock tracking, coordinating shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers, and optimizing processes to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and experienced with Amazon Seller Central and inventory management systems.

A Day in the Life:

Location: On-site- Gretna, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday through Saturday, first shift

What you'll love doing every day:
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels across all FBA warehouses
  • Create and maintain accurate shipment plans within Amazon Seller Central
  • Coordinate inbound shipments, including labeling, packaging, and compliance with FBA requirements
  • Track shipments and resolve discrepancies, delays, or lost inventory cases
  • Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Reconcile inventory reports and investigate variances between physical stock and Amazon records
  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment
  • Optimize storage utilization and minimize long-term storage fees
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines
  • Generate regular inventory performance reports and provide actionable insights

What you bring to the team:
  • Extremely detail-orientated and organized
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably with Amazon FBA
  • Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA workflows
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail operations preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Background in shipping and receiving, inventory, and quality control
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
  • Ability to be forklift certified
