EcoBlock is currently hiring an experienced General Plant Manager. The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality, and maintenance. The GM plays a critical role in strategic planning, continuous improvement, and fostering a high-performance culture.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience

  • Minimum work week to consist of Monday-Friday
    • Be tentative via phone 24/7 due to operational schedule
  • Motivation and eagerness to implement and maintain processes for a growing business
