Job description

EcoBlock is currently hiring an experienced General Plant Manager. The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality, and maintenance. The GM plays a critical role in strategic planning, continuous improvement, and fostering a high-performance culture.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily plant operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Manage budgets, costs, and overall plant performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 
  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and operations
  • Minimum work week to consist of Monday-Friday
