We are seeking an experienced Onsite Construction Project Manager - Industrial / Manufacturing to support a long-standing, highly trusted partnership at the GM Plant in Arlington, TX. This role operates in a stable, high-volume environment with a consistent pipeline of work ranging from fast-paced facility improvements to large-scale capital projects, where our team has delivered successfully for over a decade as a preferred partner.
The Project Manager will be based onsite, working closely with superintendents, field teams, and project partners to lead multiple projects from planning through execution and closeout, requiring strong communication, organization, and a hands-on leadership presence in a fast-moving industrial setting. Success in this role is driven by accountability, relationship management, and day-to-day collaboration with onsite stakeholders, with schedule expectations including consistent onsite coverage and defined on call/site support while maintaining a sustainable balance over time.

What You Bring
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Four-year engineering or construction management degree.
  • Five to seven years of related experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
