Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas.
  • Manage operations of the aggregate plant, including safety, production and maintenance; manage union employees.
  • Manage team through training, motivation, and measuring goals.
  • Support interaction and communication between employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues.
  • Help develop the operational business plan and manage using it as a guideline.

Requirements:
  • Associates degree preferred; or combination of education/technical school and relevant experience.
  • Must be safety oriented and experienced with MSHA regulations.
  • Previous construction management experience preferred.
