Job description

  • In this role, you will deliver training for new hires and existing employees, including cross-training on Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Job Instructions (JIs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other technical aspects of plant operations
  • Further, you will ensure employees understand and follow safety requirements, operational procedures, and company policies while performing their assigned work
  • You will assess employee proficiency through structured evaluations to confirm employees are properly trained and capable of performing required tasks safely and effectively
  • Moreover, you will complete and submit required training documentation, including signed training checklists and proficiency assessments, to the L&D Specialist and L&D Manager
  • You will partner with Training Leads and L&D leadership to identify training needs, support gap analysis, and determine appropriate training plans for new hires and existing employees
  • Also, you will support additional training initiatives and operational training tasks assigned by the L&D Manager or Training Lead based on evolving business needs
