Private Duty Marketing Liaison with Athena Care at Home!

As a Private Duty Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for establishing and growing referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, and the community to increase our census. In this salaried position with an incentive program and weekly pay, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization's growth and success.

Athena Care at Home provides non-medical home care to our patients throughout Connecticut with Companion, Homemaker, and Live-In Services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources
• Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs
• Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations
• Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic
• Manage marketing/sales budgets
• Track and evaluate referrals
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred
• Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
