Job Summary

We are seeking an organized, creative, and highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative, operational, and creative support to the sales department. You will help execute multi-channel campaigns, manage social media platforms, and coordinate promotional materials. The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create social media posts showcasing the ALL-GAS brand, products we sell, and repost relevant content from other creators.
  • Send newsletters to customers about various products, services, and promotions.
  • Work with various charitable organizations to create co-branded truck campaigns and donate a portion of proceeds to their respective funds.
  • Work with All Points Digital (digital marketing firm) to improve SEO, website traffic, phone traffic, and Google ads.
  • Sponsorship campaigns for high school athletic programs.
  • Create various signage, billboards, posters, and flyers to promote the ALL-GAS brand, products, and services to current and potential customers.
  • Design and create various promotional handouts like t-shirts, pens, cups, keychains, etc.
  • Develop and design company branding to be used across our various marketing channels.
  • Work with front counter personnel to create displays for new products and sales of old/discontinued inventory.
  • Update policies, terms & conditions as needed on the company website.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or administrative support.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media dashboards, email marketing platforms, and basic graphic design tools.
  • Software Literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
