As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented support professional who enjoys keeping things organized, helping teams stay on track, and contributing to the day-to-day success of the company.

Vertical Builders is looking for an Administrative & Marketing Support Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and marketing execution support across the company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing repeatable tasks with accuracy and consistency. You will help maintain workflow continuity, coordinate marketing materials and vendor communication, support office operations, and assist multiple departments with documentation, scheduling, logistics, and coordination needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office operations and administrative coordination
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, mail, filing systems, and document organization
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, onboarding coordination, and administrative setup
  • Coordinate internal company communications, announcements, updates, and office initiatives
  • Assist with planning and coordination of company events and team activities
  • Coordinate updates to marketing materials, listings, signage, and customer-facing documents
  • Maintain image libraries, floor plans, shared marketing assets, and campaign documentation
  • Assist with website listing updates and digital or printed material revisions
  • Communicate and coordinate with outsourced marketing vendors and partners
  • Gather, organize, and maintain marketing reports, analytics, and performance information
  • Assist with photography coordination, signage, vendor scheduling, and asset management
  • Support document updates, workflow execution, vendor compliance, licensing, certifications, and company process coordination
  • Collaborate with sales, design, purchasing, drafting, production, and administrative teams as needed
