Job description

The Marketing Support Specialist travels full-time to activate brands, driving awareness and generating interest for strong lead generation to support a property's lease up strategy. This role provides hands-on sales and marketing support, focusing on building brand awareness, quality lead capture, nurture, and conversion. The ideal candidate thrives on new challenges and environments, quickly establishing productive relationships to maximize execution impact and drive performance.
What You'll Do:
  • Execute the marketing strategy to Lead the execution of the property's marketing plan to include:
    • Outbound marketing, including large housing fairs, sponsorship events, etc.
    • Resident and leasing events
    • Organic social channels
    • Email marketing campaigns
  • Lead the stabilization of sales & marketing for transitions
    • Aid in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, outbound marketing for properties onboarding to the Peak platform
    • Responsible for the completion of sales and marketing tasks on the Transition Checklist
  • Customer experience and retention
    • Execute the renewal strategy to increase resident retention rates, refine and adjust the strategy as needed to meet each property's unique needs.
    • Drive online reputation and satisfaction survey engagement to maintain a strong brand reputation.
  • Sales and leasing
    • Assist in nurturing leads and conducting in-person and virtual tours to convert leads at a higher pace.
    • Manage lease paperwork and assist with move-in procedures according to Peak's guidelines.

What You'll Need:
  • Demonstrate the PeakMade mindsets and contribute to the team and company culture
  • Clearly communicate verbally and in writing
  • Display superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with a variety of personality profiles; and be tactful, mature, and flexible
  • Be resourceful and well organized
  • Strong attention to detail, heavy execution strengths
  • Effective multitasker, ability to manage multiple detail-oriented tasks at once
  • Marketing or related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Direct experience managing and leading the sales and marketing strategy for a property (Leasing Manager and above)
  • Direct experience with social media management
  • High degree of proficiency in Entrata, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, MS Word and Excel
  • Relevant apartment industry experience with a focus on sales, marketing and leasing required
  • A government issued passport and driver's license
  • Experience with EliseAI preferred
  • Social Content Creation preferred
