Job description

Marketing Support Specialist 
Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303
$21.80 - $32.70 an hour - Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Boulder Community Health is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist who supports the administrative and communication efforts of the Marketing Department. Has primary responsibility in some areas while providing support in multiple ways to other team members. Must have mature judgment, strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications 
•Minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred.
Responsibilities
•Manages department accounts payable.
•Manages system-wide digital monitors located throughout the hospital, clinics and urgent care locations, including content creation and updates through use of proprietary software.
•Coordinates a wide range of printing projects (folders, brochures, etc.) with outside vendors from initial order through delivery.
•Uses the website Content Management System (CMS) to fulfill a wide range of requests from the Marketing team and other departments – small content changes, financial reports on classes, etc.
•Provides traffic control for project deliverables, e.g., brochures, signage, etc. Reviews and quality checks orders and dispatches a high volume of collateral to departments across the organization on a timely basis. 
•Serves as a member of the onsite Marketing team at major public and employee events, e.g. open houses at new facilities.
•Regularly handles routine inquiries from news media such as statistical information and patient conditions.  Is trained in HIPAA regulations.
•Initial contact for consumer inquiries that are sent to BCH through the website. Regularly contacts managers of other departments to address consumer concerns and find answers.
•Assists with way finding, branding and patient education signage requests. This can be the creation of directories, new signage for providers, joining practices and more. 
•Initial contact for many internal inquiries regarding Marketing services.
•Helps organize and dispatch to stakeholders materials and equipment for community events
•Takes on special projects as needed, e.g. updating content of marketing materials, basic research, etc.
•Supports entry-level writing projects such as blog posts, media outreach, press materials, and promotional content.
•Supports orientation and engagement of new department employees, providing supplies, office set-up and general orientation to BCH (policies, locations, key staff, etc.).
•Assists community education subcontractors, managing internal BCH room scheduling calendar processes all vendor invoices. Follows up with post-lecture patient inquiries. 
•Assists the BCH volunteers on a regular basis with requests for collateral.
•Provides administrative support for the Director of Marketing and Public Relations.
•Supports our new online store with Alliance Print and Promo. Assists staff with reviewing of order requests, logos, confirming branding is accurate.
