As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the success of our marketing operations by coordinating guest tour reservations, facilitating communication between departments, and providing administrative and operational support to the Marketing and In-House Teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to our Spirit of Service culture.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately record guest tour presentation reservations within company systems for Hotel Marketing and In-House Marketing teams.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Marketing and In-House Team Members.
  • Assist Marketing Management with monitoring and managing tour flow operations.
  • Act as the central communication hub between various marketing departments, including:
    • Hotel Marketing
    • In-House Marketing
    • Gifting
    • Hosts
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams.
  • Support departmental objectives and operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Strong computer literacy with excellent typing skills; 10-key proficiency preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Experience answering phones and delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Must reside in an approved work-from-home state: AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, or WA.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous timeshare industry experience.
Experience providing customer service in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
