Job description

Marketing Coodinator:

- Create marketing materials for agents

  • Flyers
  • Postcards
  • Digital Graphics
  • Buyer/Seller Booklets

- Monitor the Ticket Desk frequently for agent marketing requests and respond within an hour

- Train/update agents on new or updated marketing items

- Hold one-on-one marketing meetings with agents to demonstrate how we can provide to support them

- Customize Agent Booklets

- Help agents make a 1 time elective each year for a postcard and/or flyer template

- Each day, check the newly listed and closed homes. See if any agents opted-in for Automated Marketing are on the list, if so...

  • Create necessary marketing material/s agent selected and send a proof to the agent
  • Once the agent approves, print flyers and place in agent's mailbox (if applicable) and order postcards (if applicable) within 24 hours

- Help agents understand social media and how it can help grow their business

- Guide agents through a customized marketing strategy

  • Create custom marketing content to help them execute on this strategy

- Work with local publications to design and execute print advertising as needed

- Graphic Design skills

- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, etc)

- Knowledge of Canva

- Deep understanding of Social Media

  • Ability to form a social media strategy (including designing and running ads) for company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Pinterest and Twitter

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for collaborating in a fun, team environment to provide marketing support to over 400 agents in Central Indiana while also spreading brand awareness about the company on social media platforms and in local publications. Must be creative, have design skills, ability to think fast and multi-task.

Minor Job Responsibilities:

Ordering office supplies and maintaining a balanced stock of supplies. Answering and transferring phone calls. Various administrative duties as assigned. Provide support for managers and agents as needed on a daily basis. *Please note this is a vague description and does not reflect all responsibilities of the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000 - $39,000 annual salary
