The Marketing Operations Specialist III is a member of the F5 Marketing Operations Team. This role will work within the MOPs team to help manage the design and implementation the MarTech stack, focusing in Marketo. The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for upholding a high standard of efficiency and organization by overseeing Marketo best practices, including the setup and organization of all program setup, data management, and reporting. This role is focused on the operational aspect of Marketo, the connection with Salesforce and other key platforms with stakeholder support around email strategy and execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure scalable configuration, implementation and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo
  • Provide day-to-day end user support on list imports, mass updates, Marketo Insights, data management and troubleshooting program errors
  • Provide team lead support to assign out tickets, coordinate project efforts and prioritization, etc.
  • Partner with Corporate and Revenue Marketing Teams helping with campaign strategy kickoffs and consulting throughout the campaign on best practices, status, and reporting post-campaign
  • Ensure email and SPAM compliance to manage deliverability up-time
  • Serve as liaison between internal teams, providing needed information and fulfilling requests.
  • Ensure the demand funnel including lead scoring and lead lifecycle is working properly, monitoring for issues and being proactive for fixes and logging issues accordingly
  • Partner closely with the Digital team to ensure the connection with Salesforce is maintained
  • Manage key integrations with Marketo, ensuring proper flow and connection - On24, BrightTalk, etc.
  • Hep manage current opt-in/opt-out and all privacy policy and all compliance workflows

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

  • Deep understanding of Marketo Admin and Salesforce, MCE Required
  • Experience maintaining and monitoring Marketo-Salesforce integration
  • Passionate about solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions, including automating repetitive tasks with AI
  • Strong understanding of how Marketing Automation systems integrate with Salesforce and Martech tools and systems.
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
  • Maintain Marketo best practices including data governance, normalization and platform maintenance
  • Strong communication skills, ability to provide instruction to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
  • High degree of organizational skill - requires the ability to balance and prioritize a multitude of requests, initiatives in various stages of completion.
  • Strong reporting & data manipulation skills (Marketo Insights and Salesforce Reporting & Dashboard)

Educational & Previous Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations/Automation roles
  • Previous experience as a Marketo Admin required
  • MCE Certification Required (AD0-E559 Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner Expert) MCSA (AD0-E563 Adobe Marketo Engage Architect Master) a plus

The annual base pay for this position is: $96,800.00 - $145,200.00
