About the team
Decagon's Revenue Operations team is a multidisciplinary group of operators combining strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and high-velocity execution. Covering GTM-wide strategy, operations and analytics, we are proactive, data-driven partners to leadership - providing critical insights, driving operational efficiency and getting things done.
In this role, you will
  • Oversee the management and evolution of our marketing tech stack (Hubspot, Default, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and ensure systems are effectively integrated and utilized to support GTM
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot to identify, score, track, and attribute leads. Ensure accurate data capture and reporting across campaigns
  • Analyze success of marketing channels and campaigns to determine Marketing ROI and inform future resource allocation decisions
  • Own marketing performance reporting, building a clear and reliable view of funnel performance and pipeline
  • Define and uphold data governance, segmentation, and database health across marketing systems
  • Work closely with GTM teams to streamline lead handoff processes and support sales teams with actionable insights and reports

Your background looks something like this
  • 4+years in Marketing Operations or RevOps, supporting B2B sales-led company
  • Hands-on experience administering Hubspot, Salesforce, Clay, and Default
  • Deep expertise with lead routing, lead-to-account matching, and data orchestration workflows using workflow automation tools.
  • Proven ability to design automated workflows, operational processes, and scalable cross-system integrations.
  • Experience using AI-driven tools or agentic workflows to automate GTM tasks and enrich firmographic and demographic data
  • Strong analytical, system design, and documentation skills; able to translate business needs into scalable technical workflows.
  • Direct communicator with the operational discipline to document what you build and bring others along on changes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment; you scope the problem, then move

  • Experience supporting multi-segment GTM motions (SMB + Enterprise, or PLG + Sales-led)
