About eGain
eGain (NASDAQ: EGAN) is the leading AI knowledge management platform for customer experience. We help the world's largest enterprises modernize how they capture, govern, and deliver knowledge so that customers, frontline teams, and AI workflows get trusted answers, faster. Our marketing team builds the category and the pipeline behind that mission, and this role keeps the operational machinery running day to day.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to execute across our marketing and sales technology stack, build and launch campaigns, and turn data from our source systems into clear, trusted reporting. You will work hands-on in HubSpot, Power BI, and Looker Studio, and you will own the accuracy and clarity of how we report marketing performance. This is a strong fit for someone who is detail-driven, comfortable in both systems and spreadsheets, and ready to grow their operational scope. You will report to our Senior Marketing Operations Manager and partner daily with demand generation and sales.
What You Will Do
Marketing and Sales Technology
  • Work hands-on across our GTM stack, including HubSpot (marketing automation), Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), and reporting tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Operate and maintain email campaign delivery through Amazon SES (AWS), including sending infrastructure, deliverability, and suppression list management.
  • Support data flows and integrations across the stack so that campaign, lead, and account data stay clean and consistent.
  • Use supporting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and similar prospecting and enrichment platforms.
  • Flag process, data quality, and tooling issues, and help implement fixes.
Campaign Setup and Execution
  • Build campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, workflows, forms, landing pages, lists, and tracking, and launch them across paid and organic media channels.
  • Apply correct UTM, attribution, and conversion tracking so campaigns are measurable end to end.
  • QA campaign builds before launch and resolve execution issues.
Operational Support and GTM Impact
  • Help translate marketing and sales requirements into reliable, repeatable operational processes.
  • Support improvements to lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and the handoff between marketing and sales.
  • Document processes and maintain playbooks so the team can scale.
Measurement and Analytics
  • Execute the campaign and marketing measurement plan, and contribute to its design over time.
  • Assemble data from source systems, QA it for accuracy, and build clear reporting in Power BI and Looker Studio.
  • Analyze results and present findings and recommendations to the marketing operations lead and stakeholders.
What You Bring
Required
  • 2 to 4 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related GTM operations or analytics role in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (marketing automation) and a CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience operating email sending infrastructure in Amazon SES (AWS), including deliverability and suppression list management.
  • Proficient at leveraging ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools for marketing operations use cases
  • Ability to build and maintain reporting in Power BI and/or Looker Studio.
  • Experience setting up and launching campaigns technically and measuring their results.
  • Strong data hygiene, QA discipline, and attention to detail across systems and data sets.
Preferred
  • Exposure to integrating and optimizing marketing and sales tools.
  • Experience with Python scripting to execute and automate email campaigns through AWS SES.
  • Ability to write SQL queries to segment and pull data from the lead database.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and similar prospecting or enrichment platforms.
  • Awareness of ABM programs, lead scoring, and attribution.
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise software background.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Why This Role
