  • Maintain trackers for retail initiatives, promotional calendars, store-level execution updates, field team priorities, and sell-through-driving activities.
  • Help monitor sell-through initiatives across key retail partners, identifying execution gaps, timing risks, and follow-up needs.
  • Support the coordination of in-store programs, retail display updates, training support, merchandising initiatives, and promotional execution.
  • Partner with internal teams, field partners, vendors, and agencies to collect, validate, and organize updates related to physical retail execution.

Reporting, Analysis & Business Insights

  • Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and dashboards related to physical retail performance, sell-through initiatives, promotional execution, and field activity.
  • Analyze retail and sell-through data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps across products, programs, stores, or retail partners.
  • Support leadership with clear, concise reporting that translates data and field updates into actionable business insights.
  • Assist with tracking performance against retail goals, promotional plans, program timelines, and sell-through priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure reporting reflects current business priorities and provides accurate visibility into execution progress.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement

  • Serve as an operational partner to Physical Retail and Sell-Through leadership, helping keep priorities organized, documented, and progressing on schedule.
  • Participate in team meetings, capturing key decisions, tracking action items, and following up with stakeholders to support timely execution.
  • Help improve workflows, reporting processes, documentation standards, and communication practices to increase accuracy, consistency, and visibility.
  • Maintain SOPs, reporting templates, trackers, and process documentation that support scalable execution across retail and sell-through initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc analysis, project coordination, and operational requests related to retail execution, sell-through performance, and field team priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, retail operations, sales operations, business analysis, retail analytics, or a related function.
  • Strong understanding of retail execution, promotional tracking, sell-through performance, reporting, or field team operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to maintain trackers, analyze data, identify trends, and summarize insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, field teams, vendors, and agency partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and accountability.

  • Experience supporting consumer electronics, retail, e-commerce, channel marketing, field sales, or physical retail programs.
  • Experience working with retail partners such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards, or similar national retailers.
  • Familiarity with sell-through reporting, POS data, promotional calendars, retail displays, merchandising programs, or field execution tracking.

  • Experience creating SOPs, dashboards, recurring reports, or executive-facing summaries.
