Your mission - Responsibility starts with you
  • Your main focus is owning the US pipeline generation. Together with Sales, you plan the mix of inbound and outbound campaigns and channels that hit the target and manage the US marketing budget against it. You develop and execute campaigns built for the US market and bring US-specific input into our global campaigns before they launch.
  • You will nurture leads in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring smooth customer engagement throughout the sales funnel. Furthermore, you will create content for various communication channels while monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to optimize strategies.
  • You will own our events, including webinars (10-12 per year) and trade shows. You'll shape the topics, drive registration and attendance, and own the follow-up that turns interest into opportunity.
  • You'll work with Partner Management on joint GTM campaigns with our strategic partners, using co-marketing assets and available marketing funds to generate partner-sourced pipeline.
  • You will ensure alignment with the EMEA Marketing team and adapt initiatives for the Americas market where needed. You'll represent the Americas perspective inside the global marketing team - flagging where regional needs diverge and making sure, they're reflected in what we build centrally.
Your profile - Passion Meets Performance
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, in the enterprise software industry
  • A demonstrable pipeline track record. You can talk through campaigns you ran, what they cost, and what they produced.
  • Deep dive experiences with US specific lead generation campaigns
  • Understanding of/experience in partner GTM campaign planning and collaboration
  • Handsโ€‘on fluency with marketing automation and CRM Hubspot & Microsoft Dynamics 365. You build the campaign yourself; you don't hand it to someone else.
  • Flexibility to work with global marketing team in different time zones
  • Collaboration skills to work within a global team.
  • Ability to travel to events and HQ in Germany
