We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic to NaturalFactors.com and eCommerce retail partners, and establish meaningful consumer relationships through the collection and activation of first-party data. This position pays: $110,000 - $140,000/year

A Day in The Life of A Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Establish annual plans, KPIs, reporting frameworks and channel investment priorities
  • Identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement and consumer acquisition
  • Lead upper and mid-funnel marketing initiatives across paid social, search, video and content channels
  • Drive qualified traffic to DTC and eCommerce partners
  • Optimize channel performance and audience targeting
  • Explore emerging digital discovery channels, including AI-powered search, answer engines, influencer partnerships and affiliate programs, to expand brand visibility and reach new consumers
  • Identify, onboard and manage agency partners for media, creative, SEO and analytics
  • You will work a set schedule of Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
  • Hybrid option available for local candidates after the introductory period; remote option available for non-local candidates. Our US office is located in Monroe, WA

  • 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in digital strategy, paid media, CRM, content and analytics
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners
  • Consumer packaged goods, health and wellness, or supplements experience is an asset
