Job description

The Opportunity

The Global Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading digital marketing across North America, EMEA, and ANZ/SEA. This role owns marketing campaigns coordinated across the buyer journey, including end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and cross-functional alignment for webinar programs, content campaigns, website strategy, and demand generation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings critical thinking and hands-on campaign execution skills. They can scale global programs, drive engagement across channels, and deliver measurable pipeline impact through coordinated digital marketing efforts.

What you'll Do
  • Lead global webinar strategy and executionby developing and managing webinar programs from concept through promotion, delivery, and follow-up across multiple regions.
  • Lead coordinated marketing campaign development and implementation by crafting and accomplishing multi-channel campaigns tailored to target audiences across content, email, webinars, paid media, social, and web experiences.
  • Drive website strategy and optimizationfor Adobe for Education web properties and campaign microsites, including localization, content updates, user journey improvements, and conversion optimization.
  • Build and complete demand generation and ABM programs in partnership with sales, product marketing, and agency partners to support coordinated campaign implementation, with a focus on lead generation, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.
  • Manage cross-functional and external partnershipswith field marketing, product marketing, student engagement, operations teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Use performance data to optimize strategyby monitoring campaign effectiveness, lead flow, engagement, and conversion metrics, and applying insights to improve outcomes by region and channel.
  • Support marketing operations and campaign executionby helping maintain data quality, lead processes, scoring, and coordination across marketing systems when needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in practice.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Experience managing coordinated campaigns across webinars, content marketing, social media, paid media, email, and web channels.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel metrics, account-based marketing, and pipeline performance.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaborator alignment skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and lead management processes.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $129,400 - $187,300

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
