As an Engagement Manager, you will be key to creating an excellent end-to-end experience for Google’s top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product‑aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives. You will serve as a unified services partner who designs and orchestrates gTech end‑to‑end services, representing gTech Ads to sellers and client executives, and act as the bridge between Google Ads and Client Business Objectives (CBOs).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a project management or a customer‑facing role.
Preferred qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer‑side web technologies.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted technical and product advisor to Google’s top Ads clients’ leadership, understand how technology and media solutions address their business challenges, and architect account plans to deliver return‑on‑investment.
  • Develop product‑anchored client growth plans that promote product adoption in an AI‑led ads ecosystem, navigating technical complexity and media commerciality while building trusted relationships.
  • Design curated account and service plans (such as Platinum Services Plans) by aligning solutions and resources to client focus areas and scoping projects across technical, product integration, and media services.
  • Orchestrate the delivery of services and solutions in collaboration with regional execution teams, manage client‑facing engagements and proactively address customer escalations.
  • Drive strategic planning and resource prioritization, conducting regular progress debriefs with clients and sales partners to gather business insights and optimize execution.
Compensation & Benefits

US: $140,000 – $205,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
