  • Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.

  • 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Build technical solutions to unblock and advance the efforts of UXDs, UXRs, PM and SWE partners in Search Ads to de-risk innovative new ideas and solutions.
  • Develop high-fidelity, interactive experiences using the latest AI enabled tools.

Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
