Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Intern to support our Global Events & Brand Experience team. This role offers hands-on experience in planning and executing international trade shows, conferences, and digital marketing initiatives while working with cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in B2B technology marketing, brand experience, or event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of global trade shows and conferences, including event logistics and on-site coordination.

  • Coordinate event timelines including event registrations, attendee management, meeting room reservations, and shipping logistics.

  • Assist with managing event materials, promotional inventory, global demo tracking, and vendor communications to ensure event readiness.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Creative teams to support event deliverables and cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with SharePoint or project management tools is a plus.
