Purpose

Foster referral development, community presence, brand recognition, and strategic relationship management through targeted outreach initiatives, marketing assistance, and performance reporting.

Key Performance Indicators and Reporting

  • Research and set up meetings with new accounts (with oversight of COS lead) - 10 per month (depending on number of hours worked)

  • Research and create relationships with local college contacts (Panhellenic, student groups, etc.) in WA and UT at colleges

  • Shadow COS Team and support when needed

Upon achieving these key performance indicators, your supervisor will meet with you to review progress and collaborate on establishing new performance goals that reflect continued growth and excellence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support clinical outreach efforts by building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, providers, schools, and community organizations.

  • Conduct outreach activities including provider visits, follow-up communication, event participation, and distribution of marketing materials.

  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as social media support, event coordination, presentations, flyer distribution, and community engagement efforts.

  • Track outreach activity, maintain accurate CRM/documentation records, and assist with KPI and referral reporting.

  • Represent the organization professionally in the community while supporting brand awareness and growth initiatives.

  • Supervisory requirements, if any

  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Current student at a University enrolled in a business school or similar program

Skills and Expertise

  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills[Text Wrapping Break] Ability to communicate professionally and build relationships with providers, referral sources, and community partners.

  • Organization & Time Management[Text Wrapping Break] Ability to manage schedules, follow-ups, reporting, and multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Marketing & Community Engagement Skills[Text Wrapping Break] Basic understanding of marketing, social media, event coordination, and outreach strategies.

  • Technical & Administrative Skills[Text Wrapping Break] Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ability to learn CRM and reporting systems.

  • Professionalism & Initiative[Text Wrapping Break] Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to represent the organization professionally in community settings.

  • Proficient knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software

  • Accurate and efficient electronic data entry

  • Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance

  • Organized, detail-oriented, takes the initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently

  • Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Thrives in a changing work environment, including inside, outside, and loud noise level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field.

  • Interest in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, community engagement, or marketing.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism in community-facing environments.
