Position Overview

Concentric Corporation is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to lead product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and marketing initiatives across the business.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can take an idea from planning through execution. The Commercial Marketing Manager will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to successfully bring products to market, strengthen sales enablement, analyze market opportunities, and ensure commercial initiatives align with broader business goals.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. This person should be equally comfortable developing strategy, digging into data, coordinating a product launch, and working directly with cross-functional teams to get things done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercialization strategies for new products, product enhancements, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Lead product launch planning and coordinate cross-functional execution from strategy through market introduction
  • Support product positioning, portfolio planning, lifecycle strategies, and overall market development
  • Align Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Digital teams around a consistent customer experience
  • Identify sales enablement needs and develop strategies, tools, and resources that help commercial teams win business
  • Support development of product literature, presentations, competitive comparisons, training materials, and customer-facing content
  • Partner with marketing leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business objectives and growth opportunities
  • Manage cross-functional marketing initiatives, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to strengthen product positioning and strategic decision-making
  • Analyze customer feedback, market research and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and portfolio optimization
  • Measure product launch and marketing performance through KPIs, ROI, and other data-driven metrics
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into commercial and marketing performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, internal processes, and overall customer engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 7-9 years of experience in product marketing, commercial marketing, marketing management, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience successfully launching and commercializing new products
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and portfolio management
  • Experience partnering across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and other business functions
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to measure performance and guide decision-making
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Preferred Experience
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, transportation, agriculture, or another B2B environment
  • Experience supporting distributor or dealer networks
  • Sales enablement and commercial strategy experience
  • Experience with digital transformation, website strategy, or customer experience initiatives
  • Experience developing dashboards, performance reporting, and marketing analytics
