Job description

Locations: Evansville, IN • Owensboro, KY • Madisonville, KY • Hopkinsville, KY

Position: Full-Time Marketing Manager

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead physician and provider outreach for our pain management clinics across Evansville, Owensboro, Madisonville, and Hopkinsville.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, medical practices, hospitals, and other healthcare providers throughout the assigned markets.
  • Make regular in-person visits to referring provider offices to educate them about our physicians, services, procedures, and referral process.
  • Identify and develop new referral sources and business opportunities in each market.
  • Increase patient referrals by building long-term relationships with primary care, orthopedic, neurology, neurosurgery, chiropractic, and other appropriate healthcare practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our clinics and referring provider offices.
  • Follow up with existing referral sources to maintain relationships and identify opportunities to increase referrals.
  • Educate offices on available pain management services and help make the referral process easy and efficient.
  • Track referral activity, new accounts, provider visits, and business-development opportunities.
  • Monitor referral trends and develop strategies for markets or locations where referral volume needs improvement.
  • Coordinate with clinic leadership and providers on marketing priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the organization professionally at physician meetings, healthcare events, and community networking opportunities. 

    Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, medical sales, or healthcare business development required.

  • 5+ years of experience in physician outreach or healthcare business development preferred.
  • Prior experience developing relationships with physicians, medical practices, referral coordinators, and healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships with referring provider offices in Evansville, Owensboro, Madisonville, and Hopkinsville are a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new referral sources and grow referral volume.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable making frequent face-to-face visits to medical offices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track outreach activities and follow up consistently.
  • Must be willing to travel regularly throughout the assigned markets.

What We’re Looking For

This is not primarily a digital or social-media marketing position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting physicians and office staff, developing referral relationships, and generating new business.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the assigned markets and be accountable for growing referral volume and expanding our network of referring providers.
