Job description

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing Associate part-time to support day-to-day marketing activities, production tasks, and event preparation. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build experience across multiple areas of marketing, including creative projects, logistics, and event support.
Work Environment: This role includes a mix of office and hands-on work. You may assist with organizing materials, preparing event displays, and occasionally lifting or moving items as part of event setup.
Schedule: Flexible hours, working 25-29 hours a week 4-5 days a week (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and prepare vinyl lettering for customer signs, application, and shipping
  • Help organize and ship marketing materials, displays, and promotional items for events, trade shows, and branch needs
  • Support setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event materials such as tablecloths, displays, and product displays
  • Assist with hands-on projects including vinyl, laser, and custom packaging work
  • Help distribute promotional items such as calendars, gifts, apparel, and other marketing materials
  • Take photos at events, product shoots, and company activities as needed
  • Support basic design tasks such as signs, flyers, and internal marketing materials
  • Assist with simple video projects for internal or marketing use
  • Process requests for business cards and other office materials
  • Help maintain inventory and restock supplies for marketing, events, and internal departments
  • Assist with applying vinyl graphics to company vehicles
  • Provide support for additional team tasks, including order processing and special projects

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
  • Basic experience with graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suites)
  • Interest in photography, videography, or hands-on creative work
  • Familiarity with events, retail, or customer-facing environments
