CMI Media Group, the industry leader in healthcare marketing, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analyst, Marketing Automation to join our innovative Customer Experience Management (CXM) team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of building and optimizing omnichannel campaigns that engage healthcare professionals and empower patients.
What You'll Do:
  • Be the Architect: Configure and launch automated, omnichannel campaigns using CMI Media Group's proprietary marketing orchestration platform.
  • Nail the Details: Develop and maintain detailed Business Rules Documents (BRDs) that outline campaign design, data sources, and program logic.
  • Master the Data Flow: Demonstrate a strong understanding of data integrations and apply next-best-action business rules to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate & Conquer: Partner with internal teams, clients, and creative agencies to gather requirements, manage assets, and ensure campaign alignment.
  • Analyze & Optimize: QA live programs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What You'll Bring:
  • 1-2 years of experience working with marketing automation, marketing data management, CRM, or similar MarTech platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You thrive in a team environment and can effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in documentation and data management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to keep multiple campaigns running smoothly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience in pharma marketing or at a media agency.
  • Experience with DOMO or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Expertise with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot.
