What your day would be like
* Partner with Marketing Managers to develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
* Translate campaign goals into effective full-funnel advertising programs.
* Build, launch, and manage campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other retargeting/display platforms.
* Configure targeting, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign settings to maximize performance.
* Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
* 3 years of experience in a related position
* A degree required in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related discipline
* Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
* Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other retargeting/display platforms
* Experience in marketing automation, design, copywriting, SEO, email marketing and social media.
