Marketing Analyst / Analyste marketing

FlightHub

Montreal, QC • On-site

Full-time

Job description

UNCAGE YOUR AMBITION as a
Marketing Analyst

We are FlightHub Group, an ambitious team of people that created FlightHub and Justfly. Our brands have grown to become two of the top-ranked travel agencies in North America. We now serve over 3 million customers per year, generating more than 3 billion dollars in sales, and we continue to grow stronger year over year. We dream big, pursue passionately, and follow through with resolute self-belief and rigorous commitment. We are a group of individuals sharing a common vision and values, having come together to pursue a collective mission: overtaking the #1 spot in the world.

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to own and grow our SEM performance on FlightHub. This is not a traditional analyst role. You will work alongside AI-powered agents that handle daily monitoring, account QA, and anomaly detection, which means your time goes toward decisions and strategy, not data pulling.

This role is for someone who is energized by that setup. You will interpret AI-generated insights, challenge them when they look wrong, and act on them quickly. You will own outcomes, not just reports.

What You Will Do
  • Own SEM strategy and performance across FlightHub Canada, budget allocation, bidding direction, expansion priorities
  • Review and act on daily AI agent reports covering spend anomalies, performance shifts, and account changes
  • Validate AI-generated recommendations before acting, know when to trust the output and when to dig deeper
  • Identify gaps in agent coverage and flag edge cases that require human judgment
  • Design and measure A/B tests across acquisition levers, keywords, landing pages, bid strategies
  • Partner with product, data, and creative teams to improve conversion funnels and tracking quality
  • Turn performance insights into a clear roadmap and communicate findings to stakeholders
Who We Are Looking For
  • Strong analytical thinker comfortable making decisions from data and navigating tradeoffs
  • Experience in SEM, PPC, or performance marketing with measurable results
  • Comfortable working alongside AI tools and autonomous agents, you know when to trust automated outputs and when to question them
  • Curious problem-solver who digs into how things work and questions assumptions
  • Clear communicator who can explain complex findings simply to non-technical stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and takes true ownership
  • SQL is a plus, not a requirement, our data layer handles most standard queries
What Makes This Role Different

Most SEM roles spend 60-70% of time on manual QA, reporting, and data pulling. We have automated that. Our AI agents monitor thousands of campaigns daily, surface anomalies, flag structural issues, and generate weekly recommendations backed by internal booking and revenue data.

That means your leverage is higher and your decisions matter more. A good call here moves real revenue. We want someone who is excited by that responsibility, not someone looking to stay busy with tasks the machine already handles.

* Please note this position is in Montreal, Quebec and on-site.
