About the Role:
Join Kitchen Tune-Up Greater Salt Lake as a Sales and Market Development Leader, where you'll drive growth and innovation in the home improvement industry. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales and customer engagement to help expand our reach in Utah.
Responsibilities:
  • Close high-ticket kitchen projects $6,00 - $80,000 utilizing effective closing techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow our company sales to $5M +.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market engagement and networking with
    • Custom home builders & general contractors
      • Interior designers & kitchen/bath showrooms
      • Property managers & multi-family operators
      • Realtors, home stagers & renovation lenders .
  • Build and maintain our brand and strong relationships with clients and partners in the community.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to close at 50% or greater.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance visibility.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and market development growing a similar business to $10M, preferably in the home improvement sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
