Description
Under general supervision, the Adventure Course/Zip Line Ride Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable experience to The Clubhouse guests on the various attractions. This Family Entertainment Center has party rooms/treehouses, arcade area with plush, full commercial kitchen, soft play area, inside and outside dining area, miniature golf, go karts, Water Wars, zip line, challenge course and area for seasonal ice rink.
Duties
  • Greet customers and provide friendly service
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of safety in the work area through staff training and implementation of safety protocols and procedures
  • Outfit participants with correct harness sizes and make needed adjustments
  • Ensure appropriate number of people on attractions
  • Ensure children are appropriate height and age for attractions
  • Explain safety procedures to participants
  • Ensure participants are secured safely
  • Assist in inspecting equipment to detect wear and tear
  • Perform minor repairs
  • Provide assistance to participants entering and exiting attractions
  • Shut down attractions if major repairs are needed and notify manager on duty
  • Space riders appropriately to avoid danger of collisions
  • Clean up trash and debris around attractions
  • Ensure participant safety by monitoring movements
  • Enforce all safety regulations and stay updated on safety rules and procedures; notify the manager on duty of inappropriate behavior of facility users
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • Respond quickly, efficiently, and professionally to any emergency situations; complete necessary paperwork and notify manager on duty
  • Provide excellent customer experience through strong customer skills
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED desirable
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in customer service a plus

Certificates and Licenses:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CPR certified

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to help create a welcoming and exciting atmosphere
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent customer service and strong communication skills
  • Ability to enthusiastically interact with others
  • Must be professional internally and externally, energetic, self-motivated, and motivational with a positive attitude
  • Must display adaptability, flexibility, and general enthusiasm for The Clubhouse

This is a Safety Sensitive position:
This job has been classified as a "safety sensitive" position as defined by the United States Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing regulations, the Oklahoma Standards for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Act and/or Oklahoma Medical Marijuana laws. In this position, you will be subject to drug and alcohol testing, which might include random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a Medical Marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process, or the consequences of testing positive for Marijuana.
