Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team in Yellville! With our new dental office expansion finishing soon, this is your chance to step into a modern, state-of-the-art clinic and start making an impact right away.

As a Dental Hygienist at BMRHC, you will be a key player in promoting oral health, preventing dental disease, and educating patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene. You'll work alongside a supportive, collaborative dental team in a friendly environment where your skills and compassion make a real difference every day!


What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality preventive dental care to patients
Educate patients on oral health and hygiene best practices
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure excellent patient care
Utilize dental software and technology to manage patient records efficiently
Some travel required


Qualifications:
Valid Arkansas licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team-oriented with a commitment to compassionate, culturally competent care
Comfortable with dental technology and software

This position is designated as safety-sensitive under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment.

Employees in safety-sensitive roles must be able to perform duties in a manner that ensures the safety of patients, coworkers, and the public.

  • Subject to drug and alcohol testing per company policy and state law
  • Marijuana (including medical marijuana), illegal substances, and misuse of prescription medications are prohibited
  • A positive drug test, including marijuana, will result in ineligibility for hire or removal from the position
