Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product focused
Engineering Project Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of software products designed specifically for our Marcom stakeholders. This role is critical in transforming business needs into intuitive, scalable, and impactful software solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve employee productivity, and support strategic company goals.
You will work closely with stakeholders, product manager, engineering, UX/UI, and cross-functional business teams to deliver products that empower our employees and drive organizational excellence.","responsibilities":"Project Planning and Execution: Translate project requirements into a detailed, actionable project plan and follow the plan trough execution
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between cross functional and engineering teams. Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, IT, and various business units to ensure a shared understanding of product goals, technical feasibility, and successful execution.
Requirements & Prioritization: Ensure detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases are documented. Ruthlessly facilitate the prioritization of features and initiatives based on business value, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch adoption and optimization, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
Familiarity with internal tools development a huge plus.
Familiarity with change management principles and strategies for driving internal software adoption.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
Technical background or the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, user feedback, and business metrics to drive decision-making.
Experience with stakeholder management and navigating complex organizational structures to build consensus and drive outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
4+ years of project management experience, with a significant portion focused on enterprise software, internal tools, or B2B products.
Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on successful software products that solve complex business problems.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $213,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
