Job description

We are looking for:

  • You will report directly to the Material Communications Director, and your primary responsibilities are the definition and execution of the marketing communications strategies for the assigned market(s) including Aerospace. 
  • There may be internal communication activities for the Composite Materials business to help the GBU LT engage employees.
  • Syensqo is a leading supplier of advanced materials for the aerospace market with main applications in planes, helicopters, spacecraft, drones, and air taxis....
  • The role will be involved in promoting Syensqo solutions for these market segments as well as key industry achievements related to the growing adoption of composite materials and advanced polymers on aircraft.
  •  Based on the knowledge of the market's business needs across business units, you are directly responsible for designing and executing strategic communication plans and initiatives in full control of the assigned budget (range 600K-1M).

  •  Digital multi-channel strategies: 
  •  budget and resources allocation based on growth opportunities,  timeline/project management, 
  •  Implementation of multi-channel approach, including the selection of new suppliers and the management of the currents.
  •  KPI set up for tracking marcom performances & business results (ROI).
  •  Events management as a part of the omni-channel approach (including strategy and execution and the collaboration with the Corp. Event Team for Group initiatives).

You will bring:

  •  Bachelor's or master's degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent
  •  Proven experience at business or corporate level, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  •  Experience or strong interest in marketing communication, product promotion, event organization
  •  Interest, knwoledge of, experience with using AI for content creation, planning...
  •  Market & product knowledge is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the Group and its businesses
  •  Excellent organizational skills
  •  Strong verbal and written communication
  •  Fluent in English

You will get:

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $98,720 to $123,400 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
  • 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
  • Training platform for all employees
