Summit Staffing is partnering with a reputable client in Fairland, Indiana, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality baths and showers for the hospitality industry. We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Manufacturing Warehouse Associates to join their production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or warehouse experience who are looking for stable, full-time employment, consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term growth potential.

Job Details
Location: Fairland, Indiana
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: Approximately 40–50 hours per week
Overtime: Available based on production needs
Position: Manufacturing / Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities
Assemble and manufacture baths and showers according to precise production specifications.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
Follow established assembly line processes to maintain production efficiency and consistency.
Measure, assemble, position, and secure components as required.
Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
Safely handle and move materials throughout the manufacturing area.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Meet established production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Assist with additional manufacturing and warehouse duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience
Previous manufacturing, factory, or warehouse experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
Experience safely using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to follow detailed production instructions and specifications.
Familiarity with assembly line processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
Heavy lifting is required.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Experience working with fiberglass, plastics, baths, showers, or other molded products.
Mechanical or construction-related experience.
Experience with assembly, fabrication, or production tools.
Previous experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements
Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the workday.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and components as required.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, twist, and work in various physical positions.
