Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience with Fanuc HandlingTool or Arc Tool.
  • Understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business objectives.
  • Apply advanced manufacturing principles to optimize equipment performance and drive efficient, scalable production processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using standards and tools to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Establish and standardize manufacturing methods and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
  • Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners, to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and external resources to execute project deliverables on time and within scope.
  • Serve as a technical leader by sharing expertise, coaching stakeholders, and strengthening overall team capability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustained process improvements.
