We're looking for a passionate and curious Manufacturing Scheduler/Planner to join our team. What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and guide the successful execution of clinical and commercial.

  • Manufacturing of mammalian cell-based biotherapeutics while ensuring cGMP compliance.

  • The Manufacturing Scheduling/Planning function oversees the Daily Production Schedule and leads the cross-functional operations coordination.

  • Collaborate to develop and improve schedules and scheduling tools for operations.

  • Understand critical parameters of Planning Systems and harness and disseminate valuable data.

  • Create and maintain the Daily Production Schedule, understand and follow through on the impact of schedule and structure change.

  • Collaborate in cross-functional planning / coordination meetings to ensure consistent delivery to schedule for Redmond Mfg. Plant and Seattle Mfg.Plant.

  • Deliver capacity planning models to ensure the Master Production Schedule is aligned with resources needed to support the mfg. processes (staff, equipment, and utility models).

  • Provide support for any schedule accommodations required to meet project work, plant shutdowns, corrective/preventive action implementation plans, and change control implementation, as necessary.

  • Drive towards continuous improvement of productivity and efficiency in all plant operations and computer systems

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 years plus of Manufacturing & Operations experience OR Associate's degree and 3 years plus of Manufacturing & Operations experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Manufacturing & Operations experience.

  • Experience with finite scheduling tools and allocation of resources and equipment.

  • Experience providing presentations to upper management and/or business clients.

  • Good interpersonal, team, and communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Capacity Planning tools (eg: Smartsheet/SAP/Microsoft BI/SchedulePro)

  • Experience with relevant ERP and Planning systems.

  • Experience in GMP Support roles, GMP operations or process development

  • Technical knowledge of upstream and/or downstream processing and broad understanding of

  • related disciplines.

  • Ability to organize, analyze/interpret, and effectively communicate data and results with

  • internal and external colleagues in both presentation and technical writing forms

  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills are required.

  • Well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and independent with the ability to initiate and drive goals.

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and/or cross train colleagues.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $55,000 to $100,00;Base salary offered may vary depending on the individual's skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
