Manufacturing Office Clerk- Fort Dodge, Iowa

Reporting to the Plant Controller, this role provides administrative and operational support within a fastpaced manufacturing plant environment. The position supports plant leadership and operations teams through production reporting, data entry, documentation management, scheduling, and crossfunctional coordination.
The Manufacturing Office Clerk works onsite in a manufacturing plant and regularly interacts with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to support plant operations while ensuring data accuracy and organized documentation.
What You'll Do
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate production records
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute daily production reports and plant metrics
  • Maintain and update plant documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and compliance records
  • Ensure all documentation is organized, accessible, and auditready
  • Coordinate administrative activities for plant leadership, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials
  • Act as a liaison between departments to support communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support tracking and reporting of plant metrics and operational data
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support plant operation
What You Need

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience
