Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Elkhart, Indiana
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 100% On-Site
Salary: $37,000–$41,000/year

Our client is seeking a dependable and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping support the office, and maintaining a professional front desk presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, vendors, and applicants entering the facility
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system while manually logging all incoming calls
  • Sign for deliveries and assist vendors as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the break room throughout the day, including wiping down tables, sinks, and coffee pots after lunch
  • Support the office with data entry, laminating, copying, and miscellaneous administrative tasks
